ROX passive reference

Probe reagents for ABI 7500

The ROX passive reference consists of an inert dye whose fluorescence is stable along the qPCR reaction, allowing the normalization of well-to-well variations that may result from pipetting erros or instrument limitations.
Eurogentec's ROX passive reference has been specifically formulated for use on ABI and Stratagene Real-Time thermocyclers. Any of our No ROX kits can be used in combination with a separate tube of the ROX passive reference.

Storage conditions

Long term storage : the ROX Passive reference should be stored at -15 °C to -25 °C in a constant temperature freezer. Avoid repetitive freeze-thaw cycles.
When stored under these conditions the reagents are stable for 2 years.
Short term storage : the ROX Passive reference is stable at 4°C for one month.
Minimize exposure to direct light to avoid any loss of fluorescent signal intensity.
