Eurogentec SPF housing provides you with low background serum for optimum antibody production

The 28-Day Speedy programme gives you access to a fast polyclonal antibody production with similar titres and affinities than the 87-Day classical programme by using our proprietary adjuvant combination. Since 2007, the Speedy 28-day has been enriched by immunisations against post-translational modifications. Since this time 500+ Speedy immunisations per year have been realized, comprising 125 immunisations against post-translational modifications. The Speedy 28-Day is available for rabbit, rat, guinea pig and goat.

*Please note that peptide design aims at conferring high antigenicity to the peptides, but doesn’t guaranty that they will lead to antibodies functional in any application. To guarantee an optimal functionality of the generated antibodies in your application, we suggest our DoubleX strategy which involves the design and co-injection of two peptides from the same antigen. This co-immunization more closely mimics the protein than a single peptide strategy and has success rates in the 90 % in Western Blots using this technique.
